User Interface

In the industrial design field, a user interface is the space where the interaction between a person and the technological product takes place. The goal of this interaction is the effective use and control of the technology by the human, while the machine feeds information, based on which the operator makes their decisions.

Falsification

Falsification is the manufacturing of goods with the placement of a trademarked symbol without the permission of the brand’s owner, as well as the copying or imitation of various products whose appearance, shape or components constitute a registered object of intellectual property.

Registered Shape Mark

Registered Shape Marks are a form of trademark that consists of a three-dimensional shape of a container, packaging, the product itself or its distinctive appearance. The shape mark also incorporates words or figurative elements and labels.

A graphic symbol is a visually perceptive figure with a designated meaning that is used to transmit information independently from language. The assigned meaning of the graphic symbol is expressed by its title.

Product

A product is every article that was either industrially produced or handcrafted, including parts that were meant for assembling a complex product, a set or composition of articles, packaging, graphic symbols, and printed fonts, apart from computer programs.

Logo

A logo is a graphic symbol that represents a company, organisation, or brand. It is often used in conjunction with that company’s name.

Trademark

Trademarks are symbols used in business to identify the origins of products. That is the symbol by which a client can choose and distinguish between competitor companies and individuals who offer the desired product. The trademark is a sign of an original product.

Original Design

The term originality signifies an original creative idea. Originality is the talent for creation that starts from an idea and develops into innovation whose embodiment is a product. This term is the ideological opposite of imitation.
